24th September 2026 - infrastructure upgrade

The upgrade is designed to provide an even more secure, robust and reliable foundation for Agilebase, improve performance and give us greater control over the infrastructure supporting your system.

What’s changing?

As part of the upgrade, we are:

• Upgrading our database technology to the latest high-performance and security standards.
• Moving to UK-owned and operated sovereign infrastructure, with backups hosted within the EU.
• Moving each customer to their own dedicated environment, rather than sharing infrastructure with other Agilebase customers. This provides greater isolation and resilience.
• Strengthening the overall infrastructure to help minimise disruption and downtime.

What does this mean for you?

The main change you will notice is that your Agilebase login address will change.

Your new address will be: [yourcompanyname].agilebase.co.uk

We’ll confirm your specific new URL liaise re the date of your migration ahead of the change.

What do you need to do?

There are two things you may need to take care of:

** 1. Let your Agilebase users know about the new login address **

Anyone who accesses your Agilebase system will need to use the new URL after your migration. Please make sure this is communicated to your users.

** 2. Check any API integrations **

If you use an API to connect Agilebase with another system, the connection may need to be updated to point to your new URL.

We will provide further information ahead of your migration to help you prepare, and we’ll let you know when your new environment is ready.
